NEMESIS #1 (Mark Millar / Steve McNiven)
Dans les propos tenus ci-dessous, le scénariste Mark Millar annonce qu'il va à nouveau travailler avec l'artiste Steve McNiven sur un nouveau projet après Civil War et Wolverine : Old Man Logan. Millar annonce également un autre projet, une série dont les droits lui appartiendraient, dessinée par celui qu'il considère comme l'artiste le plus connu dans le milieu du comic-book américain.

Speaking of which, spent chunks of last week blocking out the new series I'm doing with McNiv. He and I have been thinking about a couple of things, but have nailed down something I REALLY like. No more trips for at least another three weeks so hope to get the first couple of issues down then and he can move straight into this from the closing pages of the Old Man Logan Special. Trust me, you're going to LOVE it. The other creator-owned thing I plan to write over the next few months should be out shortly after. The guy drawing is very possibly the biggest name in the industry right now so very exciting and the movie bods are making offers literally before I've started a page (insane, but great given that we do creator-owned stuff for free and this can subsidize us while we're working). The plan is to get the new McNiven thing out before Christmas and the other series launched a little AFTER Christmas, probably around the same time as Kick-Ass 2 launches.

C'est parce que tout le monde s'en fiche... 
En même temps, c'est risqué de sortir les grands projets de Millar le jour de reborn. Et je crois que ça l'a fait changer d'avis.

Non, c'est moi qui ai mal compris son message. J'ai cru qu'il annoncerait son projet avec Steve McNiven le lundi 15 juin, un jour avant les sollicitations d'Old Man Logan Special, mais en fait ce sera le lundi 21 septembre, deux jours avant la sortie d'Old Man Logan Special.

1/ We’re doing this for Marvel.
2/ The main character driving this is in the name.
3/ It’s going to be awesome and very big indeed.
Next month Steve and I will be doing a massive interview for this and releasing the cover image plus maybe some interior pages too. You will like these A LOT. McNiv has a more Travis Charest style lined up for this project and it’s just incredible. He’s doing the best work of his career here.
Civil War was good, Old Man Logan was better, but Nemesis will be the best of the lot.
We’re very excited.
